Bright Futures, like most organisations, are closely monitoring the pandemic situation and are adhering to Government guidelines. In view of this, all face to face provision has been postponed however we are continuing to offer alternative one to one support via telephone contact and emails.
Bright Futures recognise and are responsive to the changing needs; reviewing our work and the delivery to make sure that we can respond effectively, despite the restrictions on interaction. We are working hard to keep in regular and ongoing contact with young women offering telephone, email and ‘Zoom’ style contact whilst utilising our social media platforms and creating online group activities. We continue to accept referrals utilising digital technology to ensure young women and their families receive support from our service at this extremely difficult time.
We continue to deliver our accredited courses through the use of Google Classroom and are able to deliver the full accredited versions via One Awards.
Our courses cover some of the following topics:
- Healthy Relationships
- Online Safety
- Grooming and Exploitation
- Missing from home
- Knife Crime
- Substance Use
- Sexual Health
