Bright Futures continue to offer a comprehensive ‘Employability’ programme to young women aged 16+, with ongoing success. We work with the local Job Centres, colleges, training providers and partner agencies to ensure we continue to provide a multi-agency tailor approach, tailored to the individual needs of the young women.

This project involves taking a holistic approach in addressing the various barriers which often prevent young women from pursuing a career including, referrals and support to access our local domestic abuse service, benefits and budgeting support, housing advice, basic skills including literacy and numeracy support.

To date we have supported over 500 young women and helped get them closer to employment and education.
