Fitness Session

FREE fitness sessions for young women led by local fitness instructor Claire Fraser.

Come along and try one of our fun sessions every Thursday 5-6pm at The Sutton Hall on Prince Edward Road.

Sessions include boxercise, circuits, strength and conditioning, fun games and so much more. 

Every Thursday Bright Futures offer free fitness sessions facilitated by our amazing PT Carla Graham.

The sessions run 5-6pm and cover a range of different exercises and fitness activities such as boxing, circuit training, strength, and conditioning training; as well as fun fitness games and team building exercises.
